Mike Kranenburg
My name is Mike, and ever since I was young I knew I wanted to work in sport, not just to train myself, but to bring others into something that gives me so much energy and joy. Over the years I’ve built a broad sports background: tennis, diving, gymnastics, and more recently stand up paddle. That mix has shaped how I move and coach, and it keeps my love for training in all its forms growing every day.
At Gold Pact, I coach across the board, from WODs and Metcons to Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Functional Strength, Legends, and Personal Training. Whatever the class, the goal stays the same: helping people become fitter, stronger, and healthier in a way that matches their level and their life. I’m here with a smile and positive energy to make your training and hopefully your day, just a little better.

I’ve been coaching in fitness since 2008, working across powerlifting, sports performance, CrossFit, and circuit training, with my roots in spinning and aerobics. That mix shaped my style: I focus on strong technique, purposeful effort, and progress that lasts, both physically and mentally.
At Gold Pact, my sessions are clear, energetic, and tailored to you, so you leave feeling stronger and more confident every time. Outside the gym I’m a family guy in Berkel en Rodenrijs, often at my kids’ athletics or gymnastics, and I’m usually following cycling, NBA, or F1, coffee first, then training.
Favorite movement: squat clean.
In a few words, I’m a designer, foodie, coffee lover, and CrossFitter ✌️ A few years ago I was teaching group fitness, but I wanted to explore new sports and challenge myself in a different way. That’s how I found Gold Pact and CrossFit and I was instantly hooked. 🫶
I walked in as a member, and somewhere along the way I ended up joining the coach team. Now I get to share that same energy with others and help people feel stronger, more confident, and proud of what they can do.

I’m a biochemistry drop-out turned full-time movement coach. These days I teach yoga, breathwork, and mobility to people who lift heavy things, because strength is great, but staying strong for the long run is even better.
I love showing you how to keep your head cool under pressure, move pain-free, prevent injuries, and recover faster. Let me help you understand (and befriend) your body a little more each session. Current favorite pose is agnistambhasana, look it up. See you in class!

I’m an experienced CrossFit coach with years of high-level competition behind me. My specialty is gymnastics, from pull-ups and toes-to-bar to bar muscle-ups and I love helping athletes build skills that feel strong, controlled, and confident.
I’m also certified in pre- and postnatal coaching, supporting women to train safely and responsibly during and after pregnancy. Alongside group classes, I’m available for personal training if you’re looking for focused, one-on-one guidance.

I’m a coach at CrossFit Gold Pact with a strong focus on sustainable results and pain-free movement. I combine hands-on CrossFit coaching with a rehab-minded approach, so every session is built around moving well, getting stronger, and staying consistent for the long run.
I often work with people who feel like they’ve “tried everything” but still deal with pain or limitations, guiding them step by step back to confident, capable movement. As both an athlete and a mom, I also understand the challenges around pregnancy and recovery, and I’m here to support you with clear coaching and a safe, encouraging environment, so you can feel stronger and more resilient than you thought possible.

Born and raised in a gym, with a powerlifting mom and a bodybuilding dad, movement was basically my first language. I grew up surrounded by training, but over the years I explored it from every angle: boxing, free movement culture, group classes, and one-on-one coaching. Each step added a new layer to how I understand bodies, mindset, and real progress.
At Gold Pact, CrossFit brings all of that together for me. I coach with a big focus on helping people grow in a way that’s personal, sustainable, and genuinely empowering, not just physically, but mentally too. I work in education and started my career as a physical education teacher. Sport has always been a passion of mine, something that began as a hobby but kind of grew into something bigger than expected. I’ve been doing CrossFit for about seven years now, and coaching for five of those.

In daily life I work as a teacher in special primary education. I’ve been part of Gold Pact for six years now, and besides coaching regular classes. I’m one of the CrossFit Kids coaches, something I really love doing.
My favorite movements are anything involving a barbell, and I especially enjoy strength training. Give me a solid lifting session and I’m happy.
My name is Selina. I’m a proud mom and a CrossFit lover who genuinely enjoys staying strong, active, and building fitness that carries into real life. At Gold Pact I teach the kids’ classes, and I love inspiring young athletes to move well, try new things, and have fun while they do it.
My favorite movements are toes-to-bar and deadlifts, nothing beats the feeling of a skill finally clicking or lifting heavy with great form. Whether I’m cheering on my own kids or motivating the next generation in the gym, I believe in showing up with heart, grit, and a big smile.

Seven years ago I was introduced to CrossFit, and honestly, it’s one of the best things that ever happened to me. What I enjoy most is fine-tuning movements and helping members level up, that moment where things click, and they take that extra step they didn’t think they had in them.
Gymnastics movements suit me best, and I love coaching them too. Give me anything that swings, hangs, or challenges body control and I’m happy.

I’m Alex-Kim , but please call me Alex. I coach with a mix of strength-love, honest encouragement, and just enough playful push to keep things moving. I’m all about helping you refine your lifts, build real confidence under the bar, and take that extra step when you’re ready for it.
Squat cleans are my happy place (strength all day), and yeah… cardio isn’t my favorite either, but I’ve learned to respect it for what it does for the body and the brain. So don’t worry, I’ll keep you accountable, and you can absolutely keep me accountable too. We’re in it together (sometimes 😉).
